How it works

  1. Tell us what is not working

Send us your current site, your logo files if you have them, and the three jobs you most want more of. We look at it before we talk, so the first conversation is about your business, not our pitch.

  2. Get a written plan and a fixed scope

You receive a short plan: the pages you need, what the brand should fix, what we would leave alone, the timeline and the cost. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.

  3. Start with a conversation

Most projects begin with a 30-minute free consultation. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Most Mississauga homeowners shortlist a service company in under a minute. They search, open two or three websites, glance at the logo and the first screen, and phone whoever looks most trustworthy and easiest to reach. Mississauga.Agency builds the website and brand that win that minute, for trades and service businesses anywhere in the city.

We are a website and branding service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver, BC and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are not a contractor: we never install, repair or service anything. Our work is the pages, the words and the visual identity that help your crew get hired.

What a homeowner checks in the first ten seconds

A visitor decides whether to stay almost immediately, so the top of your homepage has four jobs. It must say what you do, say where you go, show a reason to believe you, and make the next step obvious.

Here is the checklist we run on every site we're asked to review:

  1. The trade, in plain words. "Drain and sewer repair" beats "Complete Property Solutions".
  2. The area, by name. Mention Mississauga and the neighbourhoods people actually say, such as Port Credit, Erin Mills or Meadowvale.
  3. One piece of proof. A licence number, years in business, a recent job photo with a location, or the warranty you honour.
  4. A phone number you can tap. Visible without scrolling, on a phone, in a colour that stands out.
  5. No obstacles. No pop-ups, no autoplay video, no slider hiding the message.

If your current site fails two or more of these, the problem is rarely your rankings. It is that people arrive and leave.

Services built around the website and the brand

We keep the menu short so every project has a clear outcome. You can see how they fit together on the services overview.

Why Mississauga needs its own approach

Mississauga is not one market. In the 2021 Census the city counted 717,961 residents, and its occupied homes split between detached houses and high-rise apartments in very different proportions from one area to the next (Statistics Canada). A furnace company in Lorne Park sells to detached-home owners, while the same company near the Downtown Core may be talking to condo boards and suite owners.

That changes the website. The photos, the proof, and even the first sentence should match the buyer you want. Our areas page walks through every part of the city, district by district, and what each one means for how your site should read.

Proof from our HVAC work

Our case studies come from heating and cooling companies, so we present them as results from our HVAC work rather than results in your trade. What transfers is the method: clear structure, honest pages and a brand people remember.

  • GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division brand built for CANRO Heat. Under its own name it covers 26+ BC communities, and customers have given it 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
  • BoilerPart.ca runs on 2,000+ programmatic pages and saw 180% organic traffic growth.
  • Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months.

The results page explains what each project shows and which parts apply to a Mississauga service business.

A worked example: what one extra call a week is worth

Website projects are easier to judge with your own numbers. Suppose your average job is worth $650 and you close half the calls you quote. If a clearer site turns two more visitors a week into calls, that is one extra job a week.

Over 50 working weeks, that is about $32,500 in added revenue. If your margin on that work is 30%, the site has produced roughly $9,750 in gross profit in a year. Run the same arithmetic with your real job value and close rate before you talk to anyone, including us. If the numbers don't justify a new site, keep the one you have and fix the top of the homepage.

How we work with you

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute free consultation, with no lock-in afterwards. You talk to a senior strategist who has seen your current site, and you leave with a short list of fixes whether or not you hire us.

From there we write a fixed scope, build in stages you can review, and hand over every file and account at the end. Plans, timelines and what is included are on the pricing page, and common questions are answered in the FAQ. When you're ready, get in touch by call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

What does Mississauga.Agency actually do?

We plan, write and design websites and brand identities for service businesses that work in Mississauga. We also look after sites after launch. We are a marketing and design service, not a contractor, so we never install, repair or service anything ourselves.

Do you only work with trades?

Most of our clients are trades and home-service companies, because that is where Ali Sedighi built his experience. We also work with other local service businesses whose customers find them by searching, comparing and phoning, such as cleaners, movers or clinics.

How long does a new website take?

A focused site for a single-trade business usually takes four to eight weeks from signed scope to launch. The calendar mostly depends on how quickly we receive photos, licence details and your answers to our questions.

Will I own the website and the domain?

Yes. The domain should be registered in your company's name, and you receive the site files, logo files and account access. If you leave, you take everything with you.

Can you keep my current logo?

Often, yes. If people already recognise your trucks and your logo reads well at small sizes, we refine it rather than replace it. A full rebrand only makes sense when the current identity is costing you trust or causing confusion.

How much does it cost?

Monthly Trades.Agency plans start at $1,999 a month, or $1,499 a month billed annually, and higher plans include discounted or free website builds. Standalone projects are quoted after the consultation. The pricing page explains what drives the number.
